I will be travelling with children. Will the vehicle I book include child and infant seats?
We can provide child and infant seats for most vehicles. Please be sure to indicate how many child and/or infant seats you require in the booking process. With Zurich-Transfer.com these are absolutely free! However there may be rare occasions when such seats might be unavailable. If you feel unable to travel in the event that baby/child seats are not available, please provide your own.
I will be taking golf bags with me on my trip. Will I incur an additional charge?
Our vehicles can accommodate golf bags and bicycles and a small fee might apply, which will be charged to you when you book. Golf bags are equivalent to two large pieces of luggage. Please be sure to indicate the number of golf bags in the booking process, and select a vehicle large enough to fit the extra items that you are bringing.
I will be taking a bicycle with me on my trip. Will I incur an additional charge?
Our vehicles can accommodate bicycles and a small fee might apply, which will be charged to you when you book. Each bicycle is equivalent to two large pieces of luggage. Please be sure to indicate the number of bicycles in the booking process, and select a vehicle large enough to fit the extra items that you are bringing.
I will be taking skiing / snowboarding equipment with me on my trip. Will I incur an additional charge?
Most of our vehicles can accommodate skiing/snowboard equipment and a small fee might apply, which will be charged to you when you book. Please select skiing / snowboarding equipment as an extra in the booking process, and be sure to select a vehicle for which this option is available.
What if I can’t find my driver?
If you are unable to find your driver, call our 24/7 Customer Service hotline (indicated on your booking voucher) and we will immediately assist you. You can also to call the Transfer Service Provider on the phone number wich you have on Transfer voucher.
What if my flight arrives on time, but there is a long delay with our baggage?
Lost luggage is an unpredictable situation that might take up to a few minutes or several hours. In such cases please inform us immediately by calling our 24/7 Customer Service hotline or informe immediately our Transfer Service Provider We will deal with these situations on a case by case basis depending on availability.
Can I carry large items like wheelchairs, bikes or scuba dive equipment?
We ask you to specify this need on the booking form because you may need a larger car to transport these or other bigger items (fare may be adjusted and communicated in advance, should a larger vehicle be required).
Is the price shown per person or per car?
The prices shown are always the grand total to be split between the number of passengers you specified on the reservation module.
