The price quoted is a fix-price and fully inclusive of all charges. There and no hidden extras. The default payment for all pre-booked Zurich transfers is in cash to the driver. Payment in advance is available via Paypal or Banktransfer on request. Please note that the published prices for transfers in Zurich, Basel, Bern are per vehicle, and not per passenger.

No Cancellations Charges & Flight Monitoring

There are no charges if your arrival flight is delayed or cancelled. The Zurich operational office will monitor your flight for delays, and if your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated to the arrival time of the flight. If your arrival flight is cancelled your reservation will automatically be cancelled. Please note that you must inform us if your flight is cancelled or delayed for transfers from Zurich airport.

Meet and greet service

The driver will wait at the arrivals area of the airport holding a sign with your name. He will take care of your luggage and ensure that you have an effortless, chauffeur driven journey. Only available for pick up from Zurich/Basel/Bern airport, cruise port and train stations. For other demands he will wait outside the agreed address 10 min. before the departure time.
