1. General Terms

1.1. The following terms and conditions apply to passengers booking with www.zurich-transfer.com

1.2. By accessing, browsing and using www.zurich-transfer.com or any of the website’s applications through whatever platform and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

1.3. These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online transfer reservation service provided on these pages and through the website are owned, operated and provided by www.zurich-transfer.com

1.4. By ordering any transfer services from www.zurich-transfer.com you are entering into a contract with the Transfer Service Provider and not with www.zurich-transfer.com

2. Booking

2.1. Where two or more people are included on the same booking, or a booking is being made on behalf of a third party, the person purchasing the booking (the Client) shall be deemed to be acting as an agent for all members of the party travelling (the Passenger/s), and accepts the www.zurich-transfer.com Terms and Conditions on behalf of each member of the party.

2.3. www.zurich-transfer.com will endeavour to honour requests made in the Special Requests box, but is not obliged to do so.

2.4. It is the responsibility of the Client to provide a full and valid drop-off/ pick-up address within the destination/ departure town selected for the transfer route at the time booking. If the address provided is incomplete or does not correspond with the selected transfer route, Passengers will be dropped off or collected at the central Tourist Office of the selected destination/ departure town.

2.5. It is the responsibility of the Client to provide a full and valid mobile phone number for the Passenger(s), including the International Dialling Code. It is the responsibility of the Passenger to check for messages left on this contact number during the final 24 hours prior to their return journey. Pick-up times can vary due to weather or high levels of traffic, etc. If it is not possible to supply a mobile contact number, it is the responsibility of the Client to provide a valid contact number. Any notification of changes to pick-up times will be notified by SMS text or by calling the contact number provided. If neither mobile contact number nor resort contact can be supplied, it is the responsibility of the Passenger(s) to contact their Transfer Service Provider on the number provided on their Transfer Voucher to confirm their pick-up time. Failure to check for messages or to contact your Transfer Service Provider if no contact has been supplied may cause you to miss your resort pick-up, in which case no refund is available. If you have supplied full and valid contact number and have received no message, your pick-up will be as confirmed on your Transfer Voucher.

2.6. You can change your reservation details using your account on www.zurich-transfer.com or by phone not less than 3 days prior to the date of outbound travel. All changes are subject to availability and may be subject to an administration charge. www.zurich-transfer.com will endeavour to honour requests for modifications, but is not obliged to do so.

2.7. With the reservation the client confirms that he agrees, that in an eventual complaint the Swiss obligations law is applicable (complaints about the service will only be processed if announced to the Transfer Service Provider latest 8 days after the transfer service has been made. Complaints must be made in form of a mail or a letter and contain written evidence of the non-performance of the Transfer Service Provider)

3. Prices and Payments

3.1. Payment is required in cash on arrival, payable to the driver or at the time of booking via PAYPAL account, or via bank transfer to the account of the Transfer Service Provider or with credit card according to the instructions by the booking procedure. Cash payment on arrival has trop be made to the driver. After successful payment www.zurich-transfer.com will issue a Booking Receipt latest in 48 hours. If www.zurich-transfer.com is able to provide the service a confirmation email (Transfer Voucher) will then be sent to the Client. If www.zurich-transfer.com is unable to provide the service a cancellation email will be sent to the Client. In this case all payments made for a booking will be refunded in the same currency used for payment, if reservation is cancelled by www.zurich-transfer.com. If the currency rate EUR/CHF changes more for 5% in the period between booking and transfer date (until 48 h before the first transfer service), the Client must pay the different to the Transfer Service Provider.

Bookings from passengers, having decided to pay the transfer services in cash to the driver, have to be secured by a personal credit card number, the expire date, and secure code. The credit card will be not used for payment.

3.2. The confirmation email (Transfer Voucher) is the confirmation of the Transfer Services with all informations about the transfer services and the contact possibility with the Transfer Service Provider. This must be presented to the Representative of the Transfer Service Provider for both the outward and return trip.

4. Transfer

4.1. Passengers are limited to one item of luggage, such as a suitcase or similar item, per person. Customers travelling to ski resorts may also travel with one ski or snowboard bag per person (must to be declared separately at the time of booking). Any excess baggage must be declared at the time of booking. www. zurich-transfer.com reserve the right to charge a supplement for excess baggage, or to refuse to transport excess items.

4.2. The make, model and type of vehicle used for www.zurich-transfer.com transfers may vary from those pictured on the www.zurich-transfer.com website.

4.3. All www.zurich-transfer.com vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under local law. However, whilst every care is always taken, a customer’s property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Passengers are advised to check their own travel insurance.

4.4. Passengers are not permitted to carry alcoholic beverages onto www.zurich-transfer.com vehicles for the purposes of consuming them therein.

4.5. www.zurich-transfer.com reserve the right (and delegates to Transfer Service Provider’s drivers the right) to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/ or whose behaviour is consider to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle and/ or other passengers or road users.

4.6. Smoking is not permitted in vehicles.

4.7. If a transfer has been booked and the Passenger(s) is subject to delay the driver will wait for up to 60 minutes free of charge at the airport after landing, after which the Passenger(s) will be deemed to have missed their transfer. In this circumstance no refund or debit the credit card is available. Additional waiting time may be arranged by contacting our local Transfer Service Provider in advance on the number provided on your Transfer Voucher, at a cost of EUR 40.- per hour or part thereof, subject to availability. In the case delay it is the responsibility of the Passenger(s) to contact the local provider on the number provided on the Transfer Voucher; this should be done as soon as the Passenger becomes aware of the delay.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made by email through your account at www.zurich-transfer.com and will be confirmed by email. If no confirmation of cancellation has been received it is the responsibility of the Client to contact www.zurich-transfer.com on mail info@popartcode.space, or on the Tel Nr. +41 41 541 73 85. Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance of the outbound date of travel and the first transfer service. In the event of a cancellation by the Client or Passenger, www.zurich-transfer.com, at its absolute discretion may refund the cost of the transfer.

We kindly ask you to make your reservation if you are sure about your journey, otherwise you will lose your money paid for payment processing, order processing and transport reservation payment that will not be returned.

The refund of the cost is subject to the following conditions:

– cancellations made less than 24h in advance of the outbound date and time of beginning the first transfer service – no refund of the cost

– cancellations made more than 24h in advance of the outbound date and the time of beginning the first transfer service – 100 % refund of the cost

www.zurich-transfer.com maintains the right to cancel bookings at any time if it feels it will be unable to supply the service requested in a correct manner.

6. Liability of Transfer Service Provider

6.1. Transfer Service Provider will endeavour to carry the Passenger(s) with the maximum of comfort to their destination at the time shown on their Transfer Voucher. Transfer Service Provider will not incur any liability whatsoever if circumstances beyond its control prevent the achievement of this responsibility. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control (this list is not exhaustive):

  • Accidents causing delays to the vehicle.
  • Restricted vehicular access.
  • Exceptional or severe weather or roads and traffic conditions
  • Compliance with requests of the police or government officials
  • Vandalism and/ or terrorism
  • Unforeseen traffic delays
  • Industrial action by third parties
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

6.2. If a Transfer Service Provider is not able to fulfill his functions and drive passenger(s) to a place and at time specified in the Transfer voucher due to emergency circumstances, then a similar vehicle or a vehicle of a higher class will be offered. The difference will be covered if the vehicle is worse than ordered.

7. Privacy

Save disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name and e-mail address for completing your booking with the relevant transfer service provider, www.zurich-transfer.com will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. Nothing can affect the consumers’ statutory rights.
